Founder & Director

AGov Inc, formally registered as Atlegang Govuza Inc, is founded by Atlegang Govuza, an admitted attorney with 9 years’ experience in the collective fields of Corporate and Commercial law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property law and Public law including procurement law, constitutional law and administrative law. In 2020, she clerked for retired Justice Chris Jafta at the Constitutional Court of South Africa, an opportunity that has deeply influenced her desire to retire on the bench in future. Through this opportunity, she has come to learn the importance of one’s role in contributing to social change in our communities, using the tools and skills one has obtained through their experience. That has led to various initiatives she is currently involved in.

She has been recognised as a 2026 100 South African Rising Stars by Inside Education and is an Honorary Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society
